Our medical providers, licensed audiologists and trained support staff work collaboratively with our patients and the medical community to provide high-quality medical and surgical ENT care. We have enjoyed extensive community involvement that has been demonstrated for over 20 years. We have positioned ourselves as leaders in the local and surrounding medical communities caring for both the adult and pediatric population.

Physicians

Robert D. Russell, M.D. Dr. Russell received his undergraduate degree at the University of Lethbridge in Alberta Canada and is a graduate of the University of Alberta where he received his medical degree. His residency was completed at University of Western Ontario in London, Canada and Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Ontario. Dr. Russell is Board certified with the Canadian Board of Otolaryngology and practices general ENT/head and neck surgery. Dr. Russell and his wife live in Olympia and have six children and ten grandchildren.

Ray E. Jensen, M.D. Dr. Jensen received his undergraduate and master’s degrees at UCLA and is a graduate of the Uniformed Services University of Health Science in Bethesda, MD. His residency was completed at Madigan Army Medical Center in Washington state following which he served with the U. S. Army until starting practice in Olympia. Dr. Jensen is Board certified with the American Board of Otolaryngology and the National Board of Medical Examiners, and practices general ENT/head and neck surgery with additional interest in middle ear and mastoid disease. Dr. Jensen and his wife live in Olympia and have five children and twelve grandchildren.

Sung-Won Kim, M.D. Dr. Kim received his undergraduate degree at University of California – Berkeley, and is a graduate of Georgetown University where he received his master’s degree. He attended George Washington University where he received his medical degree. His surgical residency was completed at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Kim practices general ENT/head and neck surgery and lives in Olympia with his wife and two children.

Nathan B. Sautter, M.D. Dr. Sautter received his undergraduate degree at Hillsdale College in Hillsdale, MI. He received his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School, and completed an ENT residency at the Cleveland Clinic. Following residency, he spent a year at Oregon Health & Science University, completing a fellowship in Rhinology, Sinus and Skull Base surgery. He subsequently worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology at OHSU prior to entering private practice in Portland. He joined ENT Associates in October 2017. He practices general ENT/head and neck surgery with a special interest in treatment of nasal and sinus disorders. He enjoys spending time in the great outdoors of the Pacific NW with his wife and canine children.

Audiologists

Brittney Collins, H.I.S Brittney is licensed and bonded in the State of Washington as a Hearing Instrument Specialist and Hearing Aid Dispenser. She graduated from Spokane Falls Community College with an Associate in Applied Science with a focus on hearing science and is currently working towards her bachelor’s degree. She was born and raised in the Olympia area and has seven years of experience in the field of audiology. In her spare time, she enjoys spending as much time as possible with her daughter, Rylee. Some of their favorite activities include going to the movies, walking the dog, playing at the park and enjoying the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

Brittney Collins, H.I.S.

Mariana McIlwain, Au.D. Dr. McIlwain received her clinical doctorate degree in Audiology at the University of Washington in Seattle after completing her externship at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in New Hampshire. She is originally from Colombia and received her Bachelor of Science degree at Texas State University in Communication Disorders. Mariana is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the American Speech and Hearing Association. In her free time, Mariana and her husband enjoy playing tennis and exploring the many outdoor activities that Washington has to offer.

Jeffrey Hall, M.A. Jeff received his undergraduate degree at California State University, Northridge and completed his Master’s Degree in Audiology at California State University, Los Angeles. He has enjoyed working at Kaiser Permanente Medical Centers in California and serving our nation’s veterans as an audiologist for the Department of Veteran’s Affairs for over 20 years in Washington and California. Jeff is a member of the Academy of Audiology. He and his wife recently relocated to Olympia from Northern California. They enjoy spending time with their 4 daughters, son-in-laws and 5 grandchildren. Jeff, a history buff, is looking forward to exploring the Northwest.
