Olympia Surgery Center

Olympia Surgery Center is a free-standing medical facility, staffed and equipped to accommodate a broad range of ear, nose and throat outpatient procedures. The surgical center accommodates patients of all ages. In addition to our superior staff and cutting-edge technology, the Olympia Surgery Center offers a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere, making it an attractive alternative to a hospital operating room.
Our highly skilled surgeons and anesthesiologists collaborate with a team of specially trained nurses and technicians to provide a professional, convenient and safe environment for ENT procedures of all kinds. Procedures range from routine tonsillectomies and children’s ear tubes to complex sinus surgeries.

Olympia Surgery Center performs high-quality surgery services for less. We are able to provide you with the same procedures you would receive at a major hospital in our modern and fully-equipped center.
Our highly-skilled medical team is focused on the diagnosis and treatment of ear, nose and throat conditions. The most common procedures we perform are:

Dr. Madison Cole received her Doctorate of Audiology from Pacific University, in Hillsboro, Oregon. Prior to obtaining her doctorate, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington.
Dr. Cole completed her Audiology Residency at Evergreen Speech and Hearing Clinic in Redmond, Washington. While there, Dr. Cole completed rotations that included audiological intervention services, tinnitus management, vestibular diagnostics, and comprehensive audiological assessments in both the adult and pediatric populations. Dr. Cole is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and is awarded the Certificate in Tinnitus Management by the American Board of Audiology. She enjoys working with a collaborative team that delivers the most precise and quality patient care using the most up to date, evidence-based practices. Dr. Cole is from the Arlington, Washington area. Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Cole enjoys traveling, baking, craft beer, reading, and spending time with as many dogs as possible.

Brittney is licensed and board certified in the State of Washington as a Hearing Instrument Specialist and Hearing Aid Dispenser. She graduated from Spokane Falls Community College with an Associate in Applied Science with a focus on hearing science, and from Western Governors University with a Bachelor of Science. She was born and raised in the Olympia area and has been working in the field of audiology since 2011. In her spare time she enjoys spending as much time as possible with her daughter, Rylee. Some of their favorite activities include movie night, DIY projects, and decorating for holidays.

Cheri earned her bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders and her master’s degree in audiology from Western Washington University in Bellingham. She completed her internship at Cascade Medical Group ENT Clinic in Mount Vernon and continued to work there as a diagnostic audiologist for almost 10 years. Her sense of adventure led her audiology career to New Zealand and Oregon before returning to Washington to join ENT Associates SW. She enjoys being part of an expert team providing patients with optimal hearing healthcare. Cheri holds an Audiology license in the state of Washington and the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Outside of work, she and her husband like to explore the world.

Raised in the Central Valley of California, Dr. Phillips attended Brigham Young University-Idaho and received an undergraduate degree in social work. After a few years working in the field of social work, he chose to continue his education and earned an undergraduate degree in communicative disorders from Utah State University. Dr. Phillips graduated with a Doctorate in Audiology from University of North Texas, and the mountains, trees and family convinced him to move to the PNW. He completed his externship at ENT Associates and decided to stay after graduating. Dr. Phillips is a clinical audiologist and enjoys working with children and adults doing diagnostic testing and treatment for hearing loss. He lives near Olympia and enjoys carpentry, exploring national parks and spending time with his wife and three children.

Dr. Jung received his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. He went on to obtain a master’s degree in physiology at Georgetown University, and received his medical degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. He completed his surgical residency in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO. Dr. Jung is board certified and treats pediatric and adult patients in all aspects of otolaryngology.

Dr. Sautter received his undergraduate degree at Hillsdale College in Hillsdale, MI. He received his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School, and completed an ENT residency at the Cleveland Clinic. Following residency, he spent a year at Oregon Health & Science University, completing a fellowship in Rhinology, Sinus and Skull Base surgery. He subsequently worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology at OHSU prior to entering private practice in Portland. He joined ENT Associates in October 2017. He practices general ENT/head and neck surgery with a special interest in treatment of nasal and sinus disorders. He enjoys spending time in the great outdoors of the Pacific NW.

Dr. Kim received his undergraduate degree at University of California – Berkeley, and is a graduate of Georgetown University where he received his master’s degree. He attended George Washington University where he received his medical degree. His surgical residency was completed at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Kim practices general ENT/head and neck surgery and lives in Olympia with his wife and two children.

Ray E. Jensen, M.D.
Dr. Jensen received his undergraduate and master’s degrees at UCLA and is a graduate of the Uniformed Services University of Health Science in Bethesda, MD. His residency was completed at Madigan Army Medical Center in Washington state following which he served with the U. S. Army until starting practice in Olympia. Dr. Jensen is Board certified with the American Board of Otolaryngology and the National Board of Medical Examiners, and practices general ENT/head and neck surgery with additional interest in middle ear and mastoid disease. Dr. Jensen and his wife live in Olympia and have five children and twelve grandchildren.

ENT Associates is conveniently located near the corner of Martin Way and Lilly Road in Olympia, WA. Our office is one block from Providence St. Peter Hospital.

Driving directions to our office:

Southbound on I-5, take the Martin Way exit (Exit 109). Take a right onto Martin Way. Take a right onto Lilly Road. Take an immediate right into our parking lot (across from Kell-Chuck Glass and right behind Sound Credit Union). Our office is located on the second floor.

Northbound on I-5, take the Pacific Avenue exit. Take a right onto Pacific Avenue (Exit 107). Get into the left lane and turn left at the second stoplight (Lilly Road). Follow Lilly Road over the freeway and across the Martin Way intersection. Once across Martin, take an immediate right into our parking lot (across from Kell-Chuck Glass and right behind Sound Credit Union). Our office is located on the second floor.
